Yes at Blue and Red stages. Adults play a key role in the early stages , we ask Adults to stay and participate in each session, which ensures the sessions are interactive and your child is fully involved throughout, meaning sessions can be progressed at a faster pace.
We understand you may need to attend to siblings during the session, your coach will be on hand to assist your child if needed.
We do recommend you to have your own equipemnt if you are planning to play long term but we can provide some equipment if needed.

Foundation courses can have up to 6 players per court but we believe in quality, this is why most courses only have 4 players per court (8 players over 2 courts).
Age is the key to changing group bu termly our players are being assessed. Assessment allow us to see how we can help our players develop faster and promote them into a group that will be both challenging and not intimidating.
Photographs or videos cannot be taken at any lessons.
Cancellation Policy, Group Coaching:
VERY IMPORTANT. If coaching is cancelled due to bad weather we do not offer any refunds. We do however offer an alternative that sets our business apart. You are able to attend an equivalent class one another day at your club or at any other venue we deliver coaching at. Speak to your coach about other classes that would be right for you/your child. To maintain the high level coaches we have it is vital that a percentage of the earnings is guaranteed. Group coaching allows this to happen. At the same time we want to give value for money and create a fair system to you the customer with our main objective remaining which is to see as many people as possible playing tennis as regularly as they can
We will send you a text when we need to contact you urgently, in most circumstances this will be to advise of a session cancellation that day. We are an outdoor club and we do train in the rain, but in cases of bad weather where we feel it is unsafe to play we will text you before your session to advise of the cancellation, we aim to provide a minimum of 30 minutes notice.
We use several different ways to communicate with you, your current relationship with us (e.g. player, parent, course waiting list member, newsletter subscriber) will lead these communication routes. We endeavour to send only relevant and important information specific to you. It is therefore essential that we always have your current full contact details.
WEBSITE: Our website should be your first point of reference for all general information, for example you can find details of our courses including price, session dates, times and the locations. If your chosen course is showing as full you can also join the waiting list online.
NEWSLETTER: If you are currently booked on a coaching course with us, or if you have been in the past, or if you have subscribed, then once a month you will receive our monthly newsletter (like you are doing now). This is a great way to keep up to date with what has been happening at 10is Academy, gain some helpful tennis tips, watch our video of the month.
ADHOC NEWS: Occasionally we have some news that we just can not wait until the next monthly newsletter to share with you. On these occasions we will send out an ‘exceptional newsletter’ to bring you up to date with the special important information which may include upcoming competition details and events.
EMAILS: We will send you an email when we need to contact you personally, please be sure to read these fully as they will contain important relevant information for you. Some examples being your priority booking window for the next course, an invitation to join a course from the waiting list, an invitation to join a 10is team or participate in a competition and very occasionally to advise of a change in venue or time.
